Frida.

So, my fellow artsy friend Frida, (left) posted this incredible album on Facebook the other day of her and her twin-seperated-at-birth Aubrey. I just haaaad to ask her if I could share a few of the many lovely photos. She is at school at Central St. Martins in London and plans to enter into the fashion design program. I have no doubts about her as her clothes and illustrations that she made for our IB exhibition were incredible to say the least!
big kiss from across the ocean,

Stream of consciousness.

I very much enjoying being the photographer's assistant - especially with the weather being so lovely lately. L has chosen to represent her stream of consciousness via photographs for her visual diary class this semester. Consequently, I am being photographed a lot lately - eating, sleeping, breathing, being. Plus I get to snap the shots that she sets up and feel special. These were taken in Washington Square Park the other night.
Check out this tune that I have drained my iPod dry listening to.
kiss, D.

It never snows in Vancouver,

Liked these photos. Thought I would share.
Maybe it was a silly idea to go out to a party in Brooklyn the night before my long flight. I have been napping all weekend to catch up on sleep! Finals week was brutal, hence the lack of posts, but we all made it through alive.
Hope everyone's break is going well. Send me some news.
kiss, D
P.s. was slightly shocked to arrive to the biggest snowfall in Vancouver in 30 years. Hope some more makes it up to Whistler soon - could use a bit more up here on the slopes!

Hang in there.

Jeff Wall, Insomnia
Final projects are almost over.
P.S. Jeff Wall is possibly my favourite photographer. You'll be seeing more soon.

La la London.

Seems there have been a lot of studio photo shoots going on lately. My mama Susan is taking photography at the London College of communications and asked me if I would help her with an assignment. So, off we went to the studio to snap some shots and share some laughs. She got quite a few good ones and it was lovely to be in a real studio! Kudos, Mom! I could get used to being pampered. I should come back every weekend. Home cooked meals are so much yummier than my own cooking.
